Welcome to Salt Sofas! Purchasing a product on our website indicates your agreement to the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement. Salt Sofas reserves the right to change and update this website and the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time without written notice.

Shipping/Deliveries

We are a local business and offer free delivery in Salt Lake and Utah counties, with discounted shipping to surrounding areas. Each piece of our furniture is custom made, so orders in the Salt Lake area deliver in approximately 4 weeks (some restrictions may apply). If you live outside our delivery range and would like a Salt Sofa shipped to you, just complete the “contact us” form on our website and we will arrange a shipping estimate.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your Salt Sofa. However, if you’d like to make a return, you can contact our customer service team by completing the “contact us” form on our website, who will coordinate a pickup. Salt Sofas reserves the right to choose the method of return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date you received it for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a $500 restocking fee. Any shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees in the event of a return, which will be communicated prior to confirming your return pickup. All sales on clearance merchandise are final and are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Products must be in their original condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, marks or other soiling, including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Salt Sofa’s evaluation of the condition of the merchandise. Salt Sofas can refuse any returns and may request descriptions and/or images of the merchandise to determine the state of the product prior to accepting returns. Failure to complete the returns process within 2 weeks of being provided instructions from Salt Sofas may result in a refusal of return.

Warranty

Our products are made to last. We include a lifetime warranty on our frames. We also guarantee our sofas to be free of manufacturer’s defects. The warranty policy does not apply to failures stemming from use, abuse, or significant wear. Original receipt is required for all warranty claims. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered under warranty.

Product Appearance & Descriptions

We try to describe our products as accurately as possible, including images of our sofas and fabrics. However, we can’t guarantee that product descriptions or images are exact matches or error-free. If a sofa you purchased is not as described, you can return it or submit a warranty claim, subject to the conditions for returns and warranties as described on our website.

Electronic Communications

If you send us an email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. If you opt in to receive emails from us, you have the right to unsubscribe from any future electronic communication from Salt Sofas.
